Practice Sessions For Flute is an intermediate level course which places the maximum emphasis on developing expressive playing. The range of styles covers jazz blues and rock as well as music from the established flute repertoire. Aural confidence and creativity are developed through an introductory course on playing by ear.The intermediate level tutor progressing on from Learn As You Play. Practice Sessions is a carefully structured course providing a wide range of repertoire and studies to promote technique and expressive playing. Includes a special emphasis on playing by ear and improvisation - providing useful parallels to GCSE and NationalCurriculum studies. UK grades 3 - 5 standard.
