Composition of the Corfiot Anthony D. Soueref : THE THY MYSTICAL SUPPER, for symphony orchestra (strings, woodwinds, bells), mixed choir and soli violin, cello, tenor and bariton. "In your Thy Mystical Supper, today Son of God, accept me Communion (m.m.21 - 34). And I say not unto your enemies for the Sacrament (m.m. 36 - 42), nor will I give you kiss like Judas (m.m. 43 - 48). But as the thief I confess (m.m. 49 - 61), remember me, O Lord, in thy kingdom" (m.m. 75 - 94). This track, for symphony orchestra, mixed choir etc. was written in October and November 2012, on a draft of the composer, for mixed choir, of 2005 and then treatings. Dedicated to the sacred memory of my father, Demetrios Soueref, as of departed members of the Choir of Corfu Municipality (now " Choir San Giacomo"). Orchestrated, by John Kalaitzidis. The track is based on the prayer of the Last Supper, (the words are of Holy Communion Hymn of Orthodox Church). Includes Human confession and the desire of the love of Christ. Dominates the agony of forgiveness of sin and the pain of standing in front of uselessness mystery. Supplication culminates solo tenor - baritone. This results in optimistic anticipation of final redemption. La pièce est basée sur la prière de la Cène, l'Eglise orthodoxe (paroles sont l'hymne Sainte communion). Comprend confession humaine et le désir de l'amour du Christ. Domine l'agonie du pardon du péché et de la douleur de debout devant inutilité Mystère.
