Hello!
Thanks for your comment, although my French is really, really poor, I try to answer the question, as far as I have understood it.
So, the original idea came from a composer friend of my, who suggested the opening theme. You can see that the theme is somewhat obscure, I felt I would include it as an invocation, then would return to it later in the piece. This is why O sacrum starts with that obscure, and somewhat impossible string of notes. I did not want to alter the subject at the first possible entry, so I decided to close the piece with a friendlier, altered version at the end, as You can see in Soprano.
