Violin, Viola, Cello, String Quartet - Intermediate - Digital Download By Michael Buble. Arranged by Sarah Cellobat Chaffee. Score, Set of Parts. 12 pages. Published by Sarah Chaffee
Any gigging quartet knows that this song is a ubiquitous request during wedding season, so be prepared to help your clients make amazing memories with this beautiful arrangement of "Can't Help Falling In Love"! This lush, romantic version of the Elvis classic for string quartet is full of gorgeous harmonies and layers and will be great for ceremonies, cocktails, or even proposals. Intermediate-level arrangement is easily playable for students and sightreadable for professionals.
Why choose Cellobat Charts arrangements? For any musician who knows what they're doing, the answer is easy: just listen to them. Every freelance musician has thrown hard-earned money away on questionable, error-filled charts by unknown arrangers from weird corners of the Internet. But watch out -- inferior arrangements not only make gigs less enjoyable to play, but they also make your group sound bad to your client and audience, no matter how great your players really are. That's why Cellobat Charts is here: to provide students and working string players alike with high-quality versions of highly requested music. My arrangements are guaranteed to be energetic, fun to play, and enjoyable to listen to, whether or not you're familiar with the original songs. Hear the difference for yourself! Full videos of many Cellobat Charts arrangements are available on YouTube so you know exactly what you're getting. Click "Watch" near the item details at the top of the page for full video of "Can't Help Falling In Love." Crowd pleasing guaranteed.
Sarah "Cellobat" Chaffee earned her bachelor's degree in cello performance from the Cleveland Institute of Music and is now based in Las Vegas. She currently performs with Aerosmith in their "Deuces Are Wild" residency at The Park MGM Theater on the Las Vegas Strip. Sarah is also the principal cellist in David Perrico's Pop Strings Orchestra, a 14-piece band that performs every Friday and Saturday at Caesars Palace, and she plays regularly for Premiere Wedding Music and Bella Electric Strings. Sarah has performed and recorded with many other artists including Halsey, Disturbed, Mötley Crüe, Celine Dion, Kygo, Ricky Martin, Sarah Brightman, Il Divo, and Lady Antebellum. She can be found at:

Piano Solo - Advanced - Digital Download Composed by Isadar. Contemporary Classical, Neo- Classical, Activities and Games, Recital, New Age. Sheet Music Single. 9 pages. Published by Mainya Music Publishing (BMI)
Contains:<br> "Throwing The Dice"<br> - taken from the Isadar solo piano collections, "Active Imagination / Reconstructed" (also available on SMP) <br> <br> Sounds like: Liz Story's ("Things With Wings"), Philip Aaberg, George Winston, early Windham Hill solo piano artists<br> <br> Transcribed by: David Shenton ( https://www.shentonmusic.com/ ) verbatim to the sound recording<br> <br> Note: A slightly different version of this composition is also heard on the Isadar album, "Reconstructed" (Produced by Will Ackerman)<br> <br> Album & Songbook Review by: Kathy Parsons<br> <br> I love this CD! It constantly amazes me how many outstanding composer/pianists there are out there - especially in relation to the few who are highly (commercially) successful within this broad genre. I would say that Active Imagination definitely belongs near the top of the heap. Isadars style is original, and his pianism is excellent. He lists his inspirations as Liz Story, Keith Jarrett, and Bill Evans, and I can hear traces of all three in his playing, but find his composing and playing styles to be uniquely his own.<br> <br> The first three tracks are lively and upbeat (Active Imagination, Throwing the Dice, and Where the Wild Things Are) with an easy, jazzy, improvised feel. The meter changes are fascinating, and the bluesy beat on Wild Things is infectious.<br> <br> From there, the mood seems to gradually darken and become more introspective. Waiting is a beautiful, flowing mood piece full of questions and a lovely melody line. Isadars cover of Liz Storys Wedding Rain is wonderful - this is a piece I often work on with my advanced students, and everything about Isadars interpretation of the piece seems right without being a carbon-copy of Lizs recording.<br> <br> Feu Follet (the spook light) has a nice, easy flow with a strong sense of mystery; it also has an unusual rhythm that lightens the mood and adds a bounce. Uncertainty is cooler and more aloof, but gorgeous in its flowing introspection - that it ends with a major chord, feels like the soul-searching has had positive results. Love Chaconne is the closing track, and is the longest and most abstract piece on the CD. The left hand plays a repeated pattern while the right hand goes off in several different directions (one of the primary characteristics of a chaconne). Beautiful in its simplicity, this is the only track that seems to contain an element of pain and sorrow, but never dissolves into melodrama.<br> <br> Active Imagination is excellent from start to finish and I highly recommend it to anyone who likes solo piano with substance and complexity, but is still accessible, melodic, and rhythmic. Bravo amundo!<br> <br> Active Imagination Sheet Music Collection is the companion songbook to Isadars 1999 CD release, Active Imagination. The CD was one of my favorites for the year when I reviewed it for the print version of Wind and Wire magazine, so I was really looking forward to the sheet music! Transcribed note-for-note by David Shenton of ShentonMusic.com (I proofed about half of the book, so I can attest to how accurate it is!), it is up to you to make the music sound as close to the CD as you want or to interpret the music and make your own statements with it.<br> <br> One thing that really stands out about this collection is how much FUN it is to play. The rhythms are interesting and catchy, and the mood in several of the songs is playful and upbeat. This is especially true with the title song, Throwing the Dice, Where the Wild Things Are, and Feu Follet (the spook light). Waiting, Love Chaconne, and Uncertainty are slower, more introspective, and a bit moody, making this a sheet music collection that contains a variety of moods and styles. The only piece missing from the book is Liz Storys Wedding Rain, but the sheet music for that song is available in some of Ms. Storys own collections.<br> <br> Early-advanced players should have no trouble with this music. The timing on some of the songs is a little bit tricky, but if you count it as you are learning it, it will fall into place.<br> <br> If you havent heard the CD, check it out, too! This book is available here from SMP, isadar.com and amazon.com. Highly recommended!<br> <br> Isadar is an artist on both Enlightened Piano Radio & Whisperings Solo Piano Radio, the latter featuring some of today's biggest names in solo piano music, including Ludovico Einaudi, David Nevue, Brian Crain, Kevin Kern, Robin Spielberg, Michele McLaughlin, Philip Wesley and over 300 more...<br> <br> Also available as sheet music in physical songbooks, digital downloads, as well as software for Yamaha Disklavier player-pianos.<br> <br> For more information, visit his website at: http://www.isadar.com

Voice, Choir, SATB - Advanced Intermediate - Digital Download Composed by Music:Ming-Yau Chien, Lyrics:1 Corinthians 13: 4-8. Christian, Praise & Worship, Smooth Jazz, Anniversary, Wedding. 8 pages. Published by Ming-Yau Chien
The song The Essence of Love is a very famous song among Chinese. It was the theme song for a TV series. It has also been frequently used on many wedding ceremonies. The 2.0 version arranged in jazz harmony, the second part add a Waltz. The lyrics of the song come from the Bible 1 Corinthians 13: 4-8 so almost all Chinese Christians know or can sing this song. The composer is Rev. Chien who is a Canadian Taiwanese. Rev. Chien has won the Japanese NHK International Composing Competition. He has strong and solid theory of Western traditional music and good at adding a flavor of oriental mystery to his music, so his music pieces are particularly charming and have a unique style that differentiates him from ordinary composers. Anyone who has sung his songs will fall in love with his music .

Tuba - Advanced Intermediate - Digital Download Composed by Eric Bolvin. Method, Etudes and Exercises, Technique Training. 42 pages. Published by Faded Duck Music
Flex on the Move is a fun and creative approach to developing flexibility on all brass instruments. Available for trumpet, trombone and tuba. 42 pages and a lifetime of material!<br> Flex on the Move<br> There are many great books on flexibility (or lip flexibility as it is commonly called) available to todays brass players. The commonly used books include Irons 27 Groups, Smith Lip Flexibilities and Colin Advanced Lip Flexibilities. Flexibility studies do go all the way back to Arban and St, Jacome, but became a staple of brass pedagogy in the early 20th Century through teachers and authors like Del Staigers, Herbert L. Clarke, Earl D. Irons and Walter M. Smith.<br> <br> There are different categories of flexibility exercises. There is Long Flexibility like those found in Colins Vol. I of Advanced Lip Flexibilities. With Long Flexibility you stay on one fingering and play a long line that takes you through a large range. Then, there is Short Flexibility similar to what is found in Irons and Smith where you play a repeated pattern on one fingering. Most flexibility falls into the Short Flexibility category. With this book, I would like to add Moving Flexibility to the list. With Moving Flexibility you play a short pattern that takes you up and down through all the fingerings, covering a large range on your instrument. The idea of Moving Flexibility was first introduced in Arban p. 45 #16 and later in Charles Colin, 100 Original Warm-Ups.<br> <br> Why Practice Flexibility?<br> Chances are, youre not going to stand in front of an audience and perform flexibility studies. Flexibility studies are a means to an end, not the end. Most trumpet players practice some form of flexibility every day as it improves overall technique and gets you ready to play music. In our lessons, Claude Gordon would tell me how a particular exercise or routine he was writing would get me feelin good. So, that is my goal with these studies, to get you feelin good.<br> <br> Technique<br> There are many beliefs among players as to what makes a brass instrument work. Some believe its the lip, some believe its the tongue, some believe its the air, or some (like me) believe its a balance or coordination of all three. I dont think that your chosen methodology will matter when practicing these exercises. If you practice them religiously and correctly, youre playing will certainly improve.
