Ah, Christmas music! Whether you celebrate Christmas or not, the music at this time of year is just the best thing ever! If you are like me, you have your favorites that have to be played or else nothing's right in the world. This is one of those songs for me.

This song is from the album "Christmas Portrait" by The Carpenters. The song appeals to my classical side, and it exudes happiness and goodwill. It is a simple and catchy tune, and one that I hope you and your audience will enjoy tremendously!

Scored for piccolo, 3 C flutes, alto, bass & contrabass. There is an optional cello part that can also be played by any instrument in a similar bass clef range - to add oomph to the bass line. This is for musicians with advanced-intermediate musical skills.

Based on "Bad Romance" by Lady Gaga, this arrangement reimagines the pop hit as a Bach fugue. Giovanni Dettori's version went viral in 2013 and is now available for flute choir. This is a great way to round-out your concert program by bringing in something from an older time period in an audience-friendly way. Includes sixteenth notes, accidentals, and requires good musicality. Alto and Flute 1 are the most difficult parts.

This is a fairly simple version of a classic Christmas song. For younger flautists, this arrangement would be a good tool for learning dissonance, as the parts have been arranged to mimic the sound of actual jingle bells. Part 5 could also be played by a bass flute for a different sound. Eleven pages (score and parts included), approximately two and a half minutes performance time.
