English composer Edward German was Musical Director of The Globe Theatre in London in 1888 when his incidental music brought his work to the attention of the public. He earned applause for his comic opera his serious works and his incidental music of which Orpheus With His Lute is a fine example.It was composed for a production of Shakespeare’s Henry VIII and employs a lilting 3/8 melody to effectively convey the magical power of Orpheus’s music.

Bart Howard's Fly Me To The Moon (In Other Words) is a great jazz standard and has been recorded by Tony Bennett and many others. Somewhere Out There is a song written by James Horner Barry Mann and Cynthia Weil. It appears in the 1986 animated feature An American Tail. The song was recorded by Linda Ronstadt and James Ingram and the single went to #2 on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart in March of 1987.
