This version of Finnish Clarinet virtouso Bernhard Crusell's Concerto For Clarinet and Orchestra Op.5 has been edited here for Clarinet and Piano accompaniment by Pamela Weston.

The Concerto In F Minor For Clarinet And Orchestra is a fine work with a certain dark tone to music (emphasised by the minor key in which it has been written) composed by Bernhard Henrik Crusell (1775-1838). Crusell's work shows some affinity with Beethoven. This version is for clarinet with piano accompaniment (orchestral reduction). The solo clarinet part is also included on a separate insert.

Carl Nielsen's Koncert from Opus 57 is a work for Clarinet and Orchestra. This edition features a Piano reduction of the original Orchestral Score with Clarinet solo part. Originally composed in 1928 this edition is based on the revised score published by the Carl Nielsen Edition in 2002.

He than became the musical coordinator for the Royal Ballet of Flanders and he wrote several ballet compositions for symphony orchestra. He has his own close-harmony and jazz trio, and he works freelance as a composer and as artistic director in several musical productions. Par GAUBERT. Philippe Gaubert (1879-1941) was a distinguished performer on the Flute. It comes as no surprise, therefore, that his compositions for woodwind are at the forefront of the musical family's repertoire, Fantasy for Clarinet being no exception. After a prominent career as a flautist with the Paris Opera, Gaubert was appointed as professor of Flute at the Paris Conservatoire, as well as principal conductor of leading orchestras. It was during this time that Gaubert composed, including his Fantasy for Clarinet, which he wrote towards the beginning of his career.
