En 2004, ce roman a été adapté au cinéma et Otto M. Schwarz en a composé la musique pour cette version en langue allemande de 90 minutes. La Symphonic Suite est une compilation des thèmes principaux de ce film. This hyper-jazz tune was composed by Academy Award winners Paul Francis Webster and Robert Bob Harris as the theme for the 1967 cartoon series Spiderman. Michael Bubl‚ released his cover of the piece in 2004 once again showcasinghis talent by performing in a variety of styles.

A simple approach to this Beatle favorite makes it an ideal closer. Paul Lavender's treatment is rich and effective.

pour précéder la Péri-Paul Dukas (1865-1935) was a composer who had little self-confidence and was very self-critical. As a result of this he destroyed the manuscripts of all but seven large and five small works. Luckily kept what is now his best know composition the symphonic scherzo L?apprenti sorcier (The Sorcerer?s Apprentice). He also came very close to destroying the manuscript of his ballet music La Peri (The Fairy). This was however rescued by his friends. Thus we can still enjoy this magnificent fanfare which was originally used as an opener for the ballet. This magnificent transcription for fanfare band will make a great opening item for any concert.

They were groomed for stardom and had started singing as a duo before their fifteenth birthday. They were signed by Decca in 1965 and brilliantly marketed as clean-cut fashion icons. Their first single ‘Don’t Bring Me Your Heartaches’ reached the UK top twenty but their success as twin performers lasted only three years. In 1968 Barry embarked on a solo career while Paul concentrated on writing and producing.
