With very few compositions existing for Percussion Seven Pièces fills a very large gap. Containing many exciting characteristics these pieces are essential to percussionists. Seven Pièces for Percussion and Piano (ad lib) is compiled by two established and highly accredited musicians. François Dupin frequent soloist with the Orchestra de Paris and professor at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Lyon has had a long partnership with Marcel Jorand ex-soloist with l'Orchestre Philharmonique de Radio France and professor at the ConservatoireNational de Région de Montpellier. As percussionists themselves and with much invaluable experience between them the Seven Pièces are well-informed and essential to aspiring percussion players.
