C Instrument - Level 2 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1101538 By Jack Leonard with Tommy Dorsey Orchestra. By Jerome Kern and Oscar Hammerstein. Arranged by Davi Rocha Campos. Broadway,Film/TV,Instructional,Jazz,Musical/Show,Standards. Lead Sheet / Fake Book. 1 pages. Davi Rocha Campos #704916. Published by Davi Rocha Campos (A0.1101538). This score is in G, but, the audio is in Ab How to read accidents in sheet music Lesson 9 Signs of change. This class is about sharp #, flat b and bequadro (I can't do this sign by keyboard. That's why it's important to watch this class that will be on the card in the upper right corner). There are still the signs of double sharp x or ## and double flat bb. Don't be folded bequadro. I ask permission to use pleonasm Sharp # function: raises the pitch of the note by a semitone up. Makes the note a semitone higher. B-flat function: lower the pitch of the note by a semitone down. Makes the note a semitone lower. Double sharp x or ## function: raise the pitch of the note by one step. Makes the note a higher pitch. Double-flat bb function: lower the pitch of the note by one tone. Makes the pitch of the note a lower pitch. Bequadro function (I can't make this signal by keyboard. That's why it's important to watch this class that will be on the cards in the upper right corner). Nullify both the sharp (whether it's doubled or not) and the flat function (whether it's doubled or not). The bequadro still cancels the accidents of the key signature. Lesson 10 Bars and bar numbers It is a vertical line placed on the pentagram. It serves to organize the writing of the score in a Cartesian way. When the amount of beats exceeds the measure, it is necessary to place the vertical line and continue in another measure. This is one of the reasons to know the bar count. Another reason is when a large group is going to rehearse a song and it is often necessary to stop the rehearsal in order to make necessary adjustments. In this case, to optimize the rehearsal, the music is not restarted from measure 1, but from a few measures before the adjustments made, whether by the group, conductors, etc. The barline cancels out the accidentals that occur. For example, if an F# note appears in the middle of a piece of music, when that F moves to the next measure, it will no longer be sharp. The barline also cancels the bequadro in this situation, that is, if by chance the music is not set to a key other than C major or A minor, when the bequadro appears precisely on the keynote note, in the next bar if it is not spelled again, the key signature accident takes effect. Lead Sheet / Fake Book. All the things you are.

C Instrument - Level 4 - Digital Download SKU: A0.499785 By Chad & Jeremy. By Ann Ronell. Arranged by John Fries. 20th Century,Jazz,Standards. Lead Sheet / Fake Book. 1 pages. John Fries #113078. Published by John Fries (A0.499785). Please contact me by email at jfries@ptd.net to make a special request or to find out all that I have to offer and to express your comments or concerns.  You can also type John Fries in the searchbar to see all I have to offer. Willow Weep for Me is a popular song composed in 1932 by Ann Ronell, who also wrote the lyrics. One account of the inspiration for the song is that, during her time at Radcliffe College, Ronell had been struck by the loveliness of the willow trees on campus, and this simple observation became the subject of an intricate song. The song was rejected by publishers for several reasons. First, the song is dedicated to George Gershwin. A dedication to another writer was disapproved of at the time, so the first person presented with the song for publication, Saul Bornstein, passed it to Irving Berlin, who accepted it. Other reasons stated for its slow acceptance are that it was written by a woman and that its construction was unusually complex for a composition that was targeted at a commercial audience.

C Instrument - Level 3 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1459181 By Myles Smith. By Jesse Finkelstein, Myles Smith, and Peter Fenn. Arranged by Barry McCormick. Folk,Pop,Singer/Songwriter. Lead Sheet / Fake Book. 4 pages. B. McCormick #1038153. Published by B. McCormick (A0.1459181). Introducing Stargazing Lead Sheet Mood: Warm, fun, and happy About the Song and Songwriter: “Stargazing” is a breakout hit by English singer-songwriter Myles Smith. The song, released in May 2024, is known for its warm, fun, and happy mood. Myles Smith, born in Luton, England, is celebrated for his unique blend of folk, Americana, and pop influences. Arrangement Details: This product includes a lead sheet and a guitar chord sheet, each spanning two pages, for a total of four pages. The lead sheet provides the melody with lyrics below and chord symbols above. The guitar chord sheet includes lyrics with chords, chord diagrams for reference at the top of the first page, and alternative shapes for some chords for different options to play. Difficulty Level: The guitar part is suitable for beginner to easy intermediate level players, with the main challenge being maintaining the strumming pattern consistently. The vocal part is suitable for intermediate to upper intermediate level singers, with a wide vocal range of B4 - G#5. Unique Selling Points: This arrangement stands out for several reasons: The strumming pattern is provided at the start of the verse. Small noteheads are used to differentiate between the backing vocal parts and main vocal parts, and also in the verses for parts of the melody that differ between verses. The guitar chord sheet shows the strum pattern in a pictorial way using arrows rather than notation, catering to a variety of music reading levels. Target Audience: This arrangement is ideal for educators and individuals learning music.Potential Uses: This arrangement of “Stargazing” could be used in a variety of settings, such as: Music education: It’s a great piece for teaching students about chord progressions, strumming patterns, and vocal techniques. Performances: It’s suitable for school concerts, open mic nights, or casual performances among friends and family. Self-study: It’s a wonderful piece for individuals looking to expand their repertoire and improve their guitar and vocal skills. Playing from lead sheets is an essential skill for musicians. It gives students a deeper understanding of music, improves memory and reduces performance anxiety, and is a simple way to add creativity and fun. This arrangement of “Stargazing” offers all these benefits and more.
