Eine kleine Reise (A little journey) is a collection of pieces for group lessons, which is aimed at guitar students from the 1st to 5th year of lessons. All the compositions are easy to moderately difficult ensemble pieces for trios or quartets. The teaching of important basics of classical guitar playing is contrasted with world music approaches, occasional oriental influences and more modern playing techniques such as strumming and percussion. This contemporary approach is intended to playfully expand the students' tonal and stylistic vocabulary and motivate them to rediscover the guitar as an instrument in a group.
