A sprightly new arrangement of the French carol tune Noel Nouvelet, with John Crum's Easter text. Children of all ages will quickly learn the melody, and a simple ostinato-like descant can be sung by a few young sopranos. All voices sing in unison on the final verse for maximum effect. Also effective as a unison choir piece with a flute, oboe, violin, or recorder taking the soprano descant part. Reproducible page for C Instrument included. Part of the Innocent Sounds Series.
