The sixth movement of Suite Romantique Sad Song is a sublime legato piece for intermediate level saxophonists. With a typical performance lasting about three minutes Planel's Sad Song addresses a wide range chromaticism dotted rhythms dynamics tempo changes key changes and variety inperformance directions.
