Le R-122 MKII met la barre encore un peu plus haut en adjoignant au R-122 un filtre coupe-bas ainsi qu un PAD. Ils sont évidemment commutables et lorsqu ils sont désactivés (vrai « bypass ») vous avez entre les mains le R-122 original. PAD : Le PAD -15 dB est positionné avant l électronique. Lorsqu il est enclenché, il empêche ainsi tout risque de distorsion, même avec de très forts niveaux acoustiques.
