La guitare acoustique / électrique Epiphone Hummingbird PRO propulse le légendaire «Hum...(+) La guitare acoustique / électrique Epiphone Hummingbird PRO propulse le légendaire «Hummingbird» dans le XXIe siècle avec un nouveau préampli. Introduit pour la première fois en 1960, le colibri aux épaules carrées est rapidement devenu un classique grâce à Keith Richards des Rolling Stones, qui utilisait un Colibri pour rythmer les premiers succès de Stones comme «Satisfaction», «Play With Fire» et «Under My Thumb». Il existe également de nombreuses photographies emblématiques de Keith utilisant un Colibri lors de sessions consacrées à Exile on Main Street, à Goat's Head Soup et à Sticky Fingers. Aujourd'hui, le Hummingbird est toujours une acoustique de choix pour des rockers comme Noel Gallagher, Sheryl Crow et Kid Rock lorsqu'ils ont besoin d'une guitare rythmique à l'action douce avec une superbe sonorité «boisée» pleine de caractère. À lui seul, le Hummingbird PRO Acoustic / Electric peut se démarquer dans une foule avec un groupe tout acoustique ou une soirée picking avec son timbre doux et équilibré. Désormais, avec le préampli, le Hummingbird PRO peut être branché et conservé sur toutes les scènes. Tonewood massif: Le Hummingbird PRO Acoustic / Electric présente un plateau en épicéa massif. L’épicéa est un bois d’affinage riche et complexe qui commence à respirer et à s’améliorer avec l’âge. Plus vous jouez, mieux ça sonne! Le corps et le cou sont fabriqués à partir d'acajou sélectionné. Le cou comporte une échelle de 25,5 pouces et est attaché au corps avec un joint en queue d’aronde collé. Le profil du cou est le profil classique SlimTaper D d’Epiphone. La touche en palissandre a des incrustations de parallélogramme perloïde, 20 frettes moyennes, un rayon de 12 po et un manche de 1,68 po. Il y a une reliure blanche à une couche autour du cou et la poupée inclinée en damier porte le logo «Epiphone» en blanc. Le haut du corps est doté d'une reliure blanche et noire à 5 épaisseurs, tandis que le dos de la carrosserie est muni d'une reliure blanche à une seule épaisseur, semblable aux originaux vintage.
