Dvorak's Sonatina in G Major for violin and piano, Op. 100 is one of the most popular original works of the Romantic period. It is part of the standard repertoire in music lessons. This arrangement for string quartet leaves the violin part nearly unchanged, yet adds the three string instruments to the accompaniment instead of the piano.
