Goatskin, extra light-weight frame drum, Ø 40 cm/approx. 16 Schlagwerk has expanded its range of frame drums with the addition of the new Def. The construction of the frame (6-ply glued beechwood, 82 mm in height) reduces the weight noticeably. Not only does this make for better handling, but also for a much more pronounced sustain.
