The true mark of a MASTER, to me, is a composer who can write fine music....and also hear it and rescore it for smaller ensembles, withough losing the flavor and intent of the piece....EMILE DEFOSSEZ is such a composer....for an 80-year old musician, he has his keen wit about him and his talents span generations....I asked Emile to consider re-writing his MARCHE DES SUCRIERS for saxophone quartet....and he did!!!!!.....e-mail Emile for the music....and your congratulations could also go to him for great energy at 80 years of age.....BON CHANCE MON AMI!!!!
