Ajoutée par alfredo17, 31 Oct 2020 When Joseph Haydn (1732 - 1809) lived in Eisenstadt, he
composed for prince Esterhazy 125 trios for baryton,
viola and cello. Baryton is a now forgotten old string
instrument related to cello. Here we present an arrangement of trio no. 78 for basset horn and 2 cellos. In order to adapt the piece better to basset horn, it has been transposed from original d-major to F-major. |
