This is one of (at least) three preludes in D mayor composed by the Spanisch composer and guitarist Francisco Tárrega (1852-1909). As far as I know, there is no official catalogue of Tarrega works that lists each composition with a unique number, and that's why it's not easy to find recordings of this piece on YouTube. On Giulio Tampalini's album "Francisco Tárrega's Complete Works for Guitar" it's number 6 on CD II.
