Alan Riffle is an American music teacher and composer/arranger hailing originally from South Charleston, West Virginia. He studied at Virginia Commonwealth University under former New York Philharmonic saxophonist and woodwind doubler, Albert Regni.
An active performer in the Williamson, WV area on woodwinds and keyboard, he also has appeared in the pit orchestra as a woodwind doubler with the Charleston Light Opera Guild. In addition, he plays piano and woodwinds with the Southern West Virginia Community Band, and currently serves as the keyboardist for the Thomas Jude Band - a country-rock/Americana group.
