Niels Kristian Madsen-Stensgaard ( 26 October 1850 in Bellinge Parish - 3 March 1927 in Skotterup ) was a Danish organist, singing teacher and composer.

He was trained as a teacher at Jelling Seminarium in 1870 and the same year was employed as a music teacher at Gedved Seminarium and second teacher at Gedved School.
