The true mark of a MASTER, to me, is a composer who can write fine music....and also hear it and rescore it for smaller ensembles, withough losing the flavor and intent of the piece....EMILE DEFOSSEZ is such a composer....for an 80-year old musician, he has his keen wit about him and his talents span generations....I asked Emile to consider re-writing his MARCHE DES SUCRIERS for saxophone quartet....and he did!!!!!.....e-mail Emile for the music....and your congratulations could also go to him for great energy at 80 years of age.....BON CHANCE MON AMI!!!!

EMILE DEFOSSEZ is that person. A multi talented musician and composer, who at the young age of 89, could give young upcoming composers keen insight into the art of music composition....it is my pleasure to count EMILE DEFOSSEZ as my musical friend, and most talented composer.
