Otmar Mayer was born in 1962 in Hüfingen (Southern
Germany). He performed studies of horn, piano and organ
at the Musical University Freiburg. Besides
professional service in several orchestras, since 1989
he was musical teacher at musical schools and organist
in a parish in Hüfingen and since 2003 teacher for
brass instruments in the music school of
Donaueschingen. Mayer produced compositions for piano,
organ, string quartet and several works including the
