| Added by anan, 23 Aug 2021 I could repeat, as an introduction to this score, the words used in 2016 to present Pachelbel's Canon: “Another arrangement of the Pachelbel Canon? There are already many!" (see https://www.free-scores.com/sheetmusic?p=acferenxxj). However, as far as this famous Bach choral is concerned, it has not always been like this: more than forty years ago I went to various music shops to find the piano version, and in the end I had to settle for one fraught with scholasticisms, that did not I liked him at all. I would have preferred something very simple, like this one, but at the time I would have had to write it by hand, and it would have taken too long.
