In this fresh version of Ludwig van Beethoven's classic theme for grade 3 groups, the lead melodic line is carried by every member of the quartet at one time or another, accompanied by a variety of creative accompaniment figures. Paying careful attention to articulations and dynamic changes will be especially important here for best performance results. This adaptation is scored for 2 alto, tenor and baritone saxophones.
