In 1991 the 4-year old son of Eric Clapton died in a tragic accident. After 9 months of mourning Clapton returned to writing and performing and composed the song Tears in Heaven. Despite being featured in the film â€˜Rushâ€™ the song is really a moving tribute to his son.
