As an orchestral conducting major I give you a friendly advise - take a good book about orchestral instruments such as "The Study of Orchestration" by Samuel Adler - my favorite companion. You will recognize your errors and learn many many more! Good luck! |
The orchestra is always possible to make up, so it doesn't matter even if you'd score for one violin and 6 bass clarinets. Your problem is rather the orchestration itself, you should mark some things and seriously consider studying orchestration and instrument techniques. Also, I can't really call this a composition, because it has no connection at all: everything seems completely random. If you study at these subjects, I think you can improve yourself. |
