Wonderful piece!
You might want to use 8va marks to get rid of some ledger lines though, especially on the flute part. A few is normal, like three, but anything over that is really getting unreasonable for most musicians . . .

Ce vent de folie nous apporte de la joie et de l'optimisme. Avec un peu d'imagination, on se retrouve attablé au "bœuf sur le toit" à la grande époque!

Great composition, well written for all instruments -nice horn part of course ;-) - with nice colors. Hope you will write more for woodwind quintet.
