C'est bien l'opus 57, mais seulement le 2e mouvement.
This is indeed Op. 57, but only the 2nd movement.

Would be a good idea to edit the file name to reflect this.

Contrairement à ce qui est inscrit sur la partition,
il ne s'agit pas de la sonate "Appassionata" !!
