| Added by jeanpaul-carriere, 27 Mar 2016 I composed "The times are changing" as part of the Free-scores 2016 contest. The subject - which is in the news - is illustrated by many tempos changes and a double quote from The Times They Are A Changin' by Bob Dylan. No one could have imagined some 50 years ago that these changes would be marked by the violence we are experiencing today. As Dylan's song can thus not have the "last word", the song ends with a Largo that takes up the theme of the beginning, like a lament. | |||
