Das Stuck ist wohl eines der bekanntesten unter den Gitarristen. Die Aufgabe für die beiden Interpreten ist es, dieses kleine Wunderwerk an Motiv-Variationen durch Phrasierung, Artikulation und Agogik hörbar zu machen und nicht durch mechanisches, metronomisches Spiel alles Kunstvolle zu egalisieren. Daher macht es auch keinen Sinn ein computergeneriertes MP3 anzubieten. Erfinde doch deine eigene Phrasierung! Die wesentliche Aufgabe im Duo besteht darin, aus 2 Menschen einen homogenen Klangkörper zu formen. Daher ist die Grundvoraussetzung, dass beim Duo-Spiel jeder seine Stimme wie in einem Solostück beherrscht und desweiteren die andere Stimme so gut kennt, dass er die Bedeutung seines Parts im Duo versteht (also Stimmführung oder Begleitung oder ergänzende Fortführung einer Linie usw.) Eine Bourree ist ein Tanz aus Frankreich mit einem schnellen Zweiertakt und einem Auftakt. Die Bourree war beliebt als Gesellschaftstanz wahrend der Herrschaft von Ludwig XIV. von Frankreich. Die Bourree von J.S. Bach wurde nicht als Tanz komponiert. Dennoch sind einige Elemente des Tanzes in das Stuck integriert. Bourree in E minor is a popular lute piece, the fifth movement from Suite No.1 in E minor for lute, BWV 996. The piece is probably one of the most well-known among guitarists.
