My arrangement of the classic traditional Irish (some say Scottish... I'm remaining silent) tune 'The Parting Glass'. It is for beginner-intermediate/intermediate fingerstyle guitar tuned to DADGAD. I've placed the capo at fret 2, but 3 and 4 are just as nice, and the range works fine with each. There are three verses, a straight melody with sparse root notes, a more involved verse with harmony and rhythmic slaps, and a higher version with some interesting voicings and harmonics.
