Recently, I was asked to write an arrangement for choir of the fantastic track Heavenly Father by Bon Iver. The performance he gave at the Sydney Opera House in 2016 as part of Vivid Live, featuring The Staves, was so breathtaking that I immediately agreed to transcribe and arrange the song.

An earthy arrangement that features a soloist and some extra special choral effects, this tune is full of emotions and reaches an amazing climax that will wow your audience. Featured in the movie Wish I Was Hereby acclaimed director Zach Braff and scored for SATB Choir and soloist.

Contemporary hymn by Keith Getty and Stuart Townend Keith Getty and Stuart Townend's contemporary hymn gets a stunning new choral treatment from arranger, Lloyd Larson, just in time for the Easter season. This theologically driven anthem builds from the simple affirmation, "In Christ alone my hope is found; he is my light, my strength, my song," then traces the birth, death and crowning glory of the resurrected Lord, who "bursting forth in glorious day, up from the grave rose again," culminating with the final return of Christ. The hint of "The Solid Rock" that Lloyd drops in at the end is a perfect coda to this powerful presentation. The addition of brass and percussion heightens the dramatic impact and sets this arrangement apart from all the rest. The Brass packet contains a Conductor's Score and parts for: 2 B-flat Trumpets, Trombone, Horn, Tuba, Percussion and Timpani.

Originally recorded by the American rock band Extreme in 1991, this SATB w/ divisi a cappella arrangement adds a flavor of vocal jazz with a hint of Imogen Heap inspiration. While solos throughout are optional, this chart was written to feature the entire ensemble over highlighting a single voice. Also, a slower tempo, tight harmonies and softer dynamics will contrast nicely against the upbeat tunes in your set. Finally, ensembles may elect to snap or use some other form of body percussion to keep time while your vocal percussionist can take a much needed breather! Your audience will love this rendition of an iconic tune from the 1990's!

From the smash hit movie musical The Greatest Showman comes a stirring song that encompasses the moral lesson of self-acceptance and triumph under adversity. Scored for SATB choir with soloist at an intermediate difficulty, this arrangement is a direct transcription off the original soundtrack and will be a sure fire hit in any program.

With music by the award winning Pasek and Paul, The Greatest Showman is a movie musical based on the life of P.T. Barnum. It is a story of overcoming adversity, rising above social classes and the establishment of an entertainment visionary. Brilliantly played by Keala Settle, the bearded lady gives us an emotional rendition of This Is Me, with lyrics such as ?I won?t let them break me down to dust? and ?I am who I?m meant to be?, speaking of the struggle to be accepted in society.
