A 3-movement piano sonata in C# minor, Legends tells the tragic tale of two lovers cursed by the Greek god Poseidon. The first movement depicts the journey of the first lover, a semi-mortal demigod who sets out on a quest to challenge Poseidon for control of the seas. He loses the battle and is cursed to remain lost at sea forever, caught in a vortex with enough strength to swim forever, but not enough to escape. The second movement depicts his mortal human lover, who remains on land. As time continues, the lover grows concerned; they don't know when—or if—their beloved will return. After months have passed, the human decides to go on a quest of their own to find their beloved. The human learns of the demigod's fate, and must make a choice: To live the rest of their life in solitude, separated from the one they love—or to jump into the vortex and doom both of them. The third movement depicts this choice; the human decides to be selfish, and cherish one last moment with the demigod before they both sink to the bottom of the ocean and die in each other's arms.

Juan MarÃa Solare: Show Me the Path. piano solo Neoclassical music. Optimistic, warm, melodic, tranquil. Show me the path to where? - Towards self-realisation? - Towards the roots? - Towards a happy future? The reality was much more prosaic: what inspired this title was a mere commercial advertisement that pretended to sell me the path to gaining thousands of followers in a few days. This prompted my sceptical response. It is thus demonstrated that everything, even the banal, can be profitable and an inspiration source. This 3:10 piano prelude was composed on 7 May 2021 in Bremen, Germany. A recording of Show Me the Path, by the composer at the piano, was released through the label frtyfve (which licenced it from Janus Music & Sound, the artist's own label). 'Show me the Path' reached 'number one', i.e. It was placed at the top of Apple Music's playlist Piano Chill in the last days of December 2021. Este preludio para piano, cuya duración es de 3:10, fue compuesto el 7 de mayo de 2021 en Bremen, Alemania. Una grabación de Show Me the Path, con el compositor al piano, fue lanzada a través del sello frtyfve (que la licenció de Janus Music & Sound, el propio sello del artista). 'Show me the Path' alcanzó el 'número uno', es decir, fue ubicado al comienzo de la playlist Piano Chill de Apple Music en los últimos dÃas de diciembre de 2021.
