Ding Dong Merrily on High for Tenor Saxophone and PianoThe tune of this traditional Christmas carol was written by Thoinot Arbeau (1519-1593). Then later George Ratcliffe Woodward (1848-1934) harmonised it and set the lyrics to the tune, then published in 1924 . In my arrangement I have reharmonised the original tune by Arbeau (with no lyrics) and added a counter melody. Piano and solo part included.There is a backing track that can be downloaded here:.
