The third volume is the latest addition to the Baroque Guitar Anthology series and contains 16 original works by composers of the 17th and 18th centuries, transcribed for guitar by co-author Stuart Willis.

Classical guitarist, and author of the Schott Guitar Anthology Series, Jens Franke presents the first published edition of these studies by the Catalan guitarist, composer and teacher.

Michael Tippett changed the order of the movements after the fist performances and recordings. . The 2008 Edition Schott reprint of this work now has the movements in the correct playing order along with .corrections to the score of several mistakes which were previously highlighted with .an errata list.
