This original organ work was written as a dedication to my church's minister. I used his name, Chad, with the melodic motive that opens the piece (using H as a B-natural), and included hints of the "U.S. Army Song" and "Lift High the Cross" as well, as he also serves as a chaplain in the armed forces. The piece could be used as a joyful prelude or a lively postlude, and will give you many chances for trumpet and solo stops! It was written and recorded on a two manual instrument. I hope you enjoy playing it!
