With the both apprehensive and majestic feelings of being given a new purpose, a new understanding, and a new life, one is left awestruck with wonder.This is a short work, idiomatically composed for the horn, and blending well with the vibrant organ accompaniment. A beautiful, emotionally-moving composition, with a sacred feeling, it is also very accessible to audiences. This piece works well as a duet for advanced high school or college students, but is also appealing to professional musicians.
