This quiet and meditative piece came to me on the night of Thanksgiving. I was just sitting there with my family, strumming away on my lap harp and enjoying a quiet evening by the fire while the snow gently falls outside. There are 3 versions included: one for single strung, two for double strung (keys C and G for both floor and lap DS harps). No lever changes required. This popular love song is arranged simply but beautifully. It falls easily under the fingers with a simple left hand pattern. The first verse is playable by advanced beginners with single notes in the right hand. The second verse builds with several 3-note chords in the right hand and is closer to an intermediate level. This piece is very popular for weddings. It is perfect for many other occasions as well as for relaxing background music.

This arrangement is easy to learn and sight-readable to more experienced harpists, but still sounds rich and beautiful. Chord names are included throughout the piece. It is written in the key of G and is playable on both lever and pedal harps with no lever or pedal changes.
