A collection of four fun characterful sketches arranged for string quartet. I?ve left the melody mostly in the hands of the first, and all four will benefit from ?playing together? skills, adding character with rubato and being aware of what each player is doing. For this reason, as well as the height to which the first reaches, I've graded it as intermediate. I?ve also added a few bow markings for guidance.

They also released this beautiful and catchy country-pop love song with a "wedding video," which has helped ensure its status as a highly requested song for weddings. Hereis a string quartet arrangement of Ice Dance, from "Edward Scissorhands," by Danny Elfman. There are two versions included, an intermediate one and a more advanced one with some challenging arpeggio runs for the viola and cello. This piece makes an ideal companion to the Introduction (Titles) from the same film, which I have also arranged for string quartet. My arrangements include bowing and fingeringsuggestions and are suitable for both student and professional ensembles.Double-stops are idiomatic and mainly added to enrich the harmony and texture,but may be dropped by less advanced groups.
