Thisnew collection of Thanksgiving and Harvest hymns contains all your favorites,or at least, most of them. It?s probably all you?ll ever need for thanksgivingand harvest festivals and the arrangements can be used for virtually anycombination of stringed instruments. This is an essential title for any stringlibrary or for any string ensembles that are called upon to provide music forschools, Thanksgiving events or churches.

Thearrangements can be used with string quartet, string quintet or string ensembleor performed as solo pieces. There?s also an optional but useful simplifiedkeyboard part intended for less experienced keyboard players. The piano parttoo means that you can use the arrangements as solos, duets or trios. Originally written by Richard Marx, this song lasted 13 weeks at number 1 on the Billboard Adult Contemporary chart after its release, so any child of the 90's probably knows this one by heart! I had the honor of performing this song with Richard Marx himself as part of the quartet-in-residence for his 3-week residency "Satisfied: Only The Hits" at the Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas, so I'm super excited to bring you my own version!

This String Quartet arrangement of the jazz standard ?Misty? can also be performed witha String Trio, since the 2nd Violin part is optional. This songreally tugs on the heart strings ? you may have your audience swaying andslow-dancing as they listen. I've transposed this to the key of D to make it a little more string-friendly.
