Lots of fun for all parts, with a somewhat tricky cello line keeping the groove. Violin 1 plays the verses but the viola gets to play the chorus as well.

My string arrangements are true to the original song, with minimal changes to pop melodies to facilitate playing and sightreading. Parts are error-free, tested and enjoyed by professional musicians at weddings and private events.

This arrangement has been transposed up a semitone from the original to make it more string-player friendly, but follows the same structure as the single.

"As Long As You Love Me" was the second single from the Backstreet Boys' very first album. Released in 1997, the song soon became one of the band's biggest hits and is now considered one of their signature songs. It was impossible not to know this song back then, and it has since become a classic throwback song for the millennial generation! Maintaining the fun upbeat groove, layers of harmonies, passionate melody lines, and dynamic contrasts of the original, this arrangement for string quartet is just as much fun to play as it is to listen to, and it's sure to get everybody singing along! This chart will be perfect for pop concerts, solo & ensemble concerts, weddings, receptions, and any other occasion that needs some boy band throwback nostalgia. Rated advanced-intermediate - there's nothing too crazy in any of the parts, but the violins have lots of interesting syncopated rhythms and go up to 4th pos. on the E string. Playable for students and sightreadable for professionals.

This is a gig or church service-ready arrangement of Kari Jobe and Cody Carnes's "The Blessing" for string quartet. A great addition to your gig book for weddings or your musical catalog for worship/church bands that feature strings. Included with the quartet score and parts is a slash/chord lead sheet if you wish to perform this with along with guitar, piano or full band.

The form follows pretty much exactly what is on the "Radio Version" of this tune, although you may cut and/or loop the repeated sections in order to tailor it to the performance time that you require. I have also taken the liberty of transposing this from the original key of B into the much more string and band-friendly key of C (you're welcome, cellists.) While I've added a couple fun harmonics and just a bit of "rhythmic interest" into some of the inner parts, I would describe this chart as 100% sight-readable for most professional players, and still well within the technical capability of high school or recreational ensembles with just a bit of practice.

Performance time - approximately 4:30 with repeats taken, 3:30 if you skip the verse/chorus repeat. Lots of other exit/entry points can be easily incorporated at most of the rehearsal marks.
