String Quartet - Intermediate - Digital Download By Panic! At the Disco. Arranged by Sarah Cellobat Chaffee. Score, Set of Parts. 21 pages. Published by Sarah Chaffee
"High Hopes" was released by Panic! At The Disco in 2018 as a single from their sixth studio album, "Pray For The Wicked." This upbeat, catchy song soon became a smash hit, reaching number 4 on the Billboard charts and becoming their highest-charting single of all time. This arrangement for string quartet has the exuberant energy, rich harmonic layers, driving beat, and dynamic impact of the original, and it's absolutely as much fun to play as it is to listen to! Great for parties, corporate events, solo & ensemble contests, or even weddings and receptions, it's a guaranteed crowd pleaser and you're sure to get your audience singing along. This arrangement is dedicated to a good friend of mine who was in P!ATD's string section on their "Pray For The Wicked" tour -- Kiara, it was so much fun watching you play this song with them! Rated intermediate, this chart will be playable for students and easily sightreadable for professionals. There is nothing above first position in the V2, viola, and cello parts, and only a few notes higher than that in V1. There are a few tied rhythms in but nothing too complicated.

Why choose Cellobat Charts arrangements? For any musician who knows what they're doing, the answer is easy: just listen to them. Every freelance musician has thrown hard-earned money away on questionable, error-filled charts by unknown arrangers from weird corners of the Internet. But watch out -- inferior arrangements not only make gigs less enjoyable to play, but they also make your group sound bad to your client and audience, no matter how great your players really are. That's why Cellobat Charts is here: to provide students and working string players alike with high-quality versions of highly requested music. My arrangements are guaranteed to be energetic, fun to play, and enjoyable to listen to, whether or not you're familiar with the original songs. Hear the difference for yourself! Full videos of many Cellobat Charts arrangements are available on YouTube so you know exactly what you're getting. Click "Watch" near the item details at the top of the page for full video of "High Hopes." Crowd pleasing guaranteed.

Sarah "Cellobat" Chaffee earned her bachelor's degree in cello performance from the Cleveland Institute of Music and is now based in Las Vegas. String Quartet - Advanced - Digital Download By The Weeknd. Arranged by Sarah Cellobat Chaffee. Score, Set of Parts. 16 pages. Published by Sarah Chaffee
The blockbuster movie "Fifty Shades of Grey" was released in 2015 - and it was universally panned by critics. However, the movie's original soundtrack received much higher acclaim, and The Weeknd's single "Earned It" ended up receiving an Academy Award nomination for Best Original Song. This string quartet arrangement brings the same sensuous feel, call-and-response echoes, dynamic contrasts, and exciting tension as the original, and even maintains the original song's dramatic string lines and tremolos! Great for pop concerts, dinners and events, or even weddings - this arrangement was initially commissioned for a bride's processional song. Rated advanced for the tricky rhythms and interlocking parts - this will be sightreadable for professionals, but probably a good idea to look it over first. Listen to the original song to get a feel for the rubato introduction and the slow but steady tempo. And above all, have fun! :)

Sarah "Cellobat" Chaffee earned her bachelor's degree in cello performance from the Cleveland Institute of Music and is now based in Las Vegas. "I Want It That Way" is one of the Backstreet Boys' biggest hits, and anyone who grew up in the 90's and early 2000's probably knows this one by heart! This version for string quartet will be perfect for pop concerts, solo & ensemble concerts, weddings, receptions, and any other occasion that needs some boy band throwback nostalgia - you're sure to get everyone singing along! Full of catchy melodies, beautiful layered harmonies, and a danceable groove held down by the viola and cello, this arrangement is just as much fun to listen to as it is to play. Rated intermediate - there's nothing very difficult in this chart (except possibly intonation when the key changes to B major at the end!), and it will definitely be playable for students and easily sightreadable for professionals.

Why choose Cellobat Charts arrangements? String Quartet - Intermediate - Digital Download By The Beatles. Arranged by Sarah Cellobat Chaffee. Score, Set of Parts. 15 pages. Published by Sarah Chaffee
Everyone loves the Beatles - and since we all get Beatles requests so often, the more in your repertoire the better! This arrangement of "Eleanor Rigby" for string quartet is one of the first charts I ever wrote, so it has a special place in my heart. Taking a Phil Spector/"Wall of Sound" type approach, this is unlike any version of Eleanor Rigby you've ever heard before; it's packed with layers of exciting harmonies, countermelodies, and melodic tradeoffs between the parts. This arrangement is as fun to play as it is to listen to, and it will be great for pop concerts, weddings, receptions, cocktail parties, solo and ensemble contests, and any other event that needs some vintage rock and roll! Intermediate-level arrangement with a handful of tied notes and first-position double stops. Why choose Cellobat Charts arrangements? Arranged by Sarah Cellobat Chaffee. Contemporary,Hip-Hop,Pop,Wedding. 27 pages. Sarah Cellobat Chaffee #905616. Published by Sarah Cellobat Chaffee (A0.1316936). Back That Azz Up was released in 1999 by Juvenile, with guest appearances by fellow rappers Mannie Fresh and Lil Wayne. The song was an immediate success -- it reached the top 20 on the Billboard charts and became Juvenile's biggest hit to date -- and it was pretty much ubiquitous both that year and the next. It's still an immensely popular song to this day, and it's even been named on Rolling Stone's list of the 500 Greatest Songs Of All Time...so you really can't go wrong adding this one to your gig books! This Cellobat arrangement for your string quartet features musically notated rap verses and maintains the catchy synth hooks & danceable beat of the original for a chart you and your audience are sure to love! Originally written for a wedding ceremony, this will also be perfect for receptions, cocktail hour, parties, or any other occasion you need some vintage hip-hop. Rated advanced-intermediate for some tricky rhythms throughout; this will be playable for more advanced students and sightreadable for professionals.Sarah Cellobat Chaffee earned her bachelor's degree in cello performance from the Cleveland Institute of Music and is now based in Las Vegas. She currently performs with Aerosmith in their Deuces Are Wild residency at The Park MGM Theater, and she regularly performs at Allegiant Stadium as a member of the house band for the Las Vegas Raiders football team. Sarah is also the principal cellist in David Perrico's Pop Strings Orchestra, a world-renowned 14-piece dance band, and she plays regularly for Premiere Wedding Music, Bella Electric Strings, and the Femmes Of Rock. Sarah has performed and recorded with many other artists including Halsey, Disturbed, Mötley Crüe, Celine Dion, Michael Bublé, Kygo, Ricky Martin, Sarah Brightman, Il Divo, and Lady Antebellum. Originally inspired by a spiritual, "Stand By Me" was written and recorded in 1961 by famed RandB singer-songwriter Ben E. King. The catchy, soulful tune immediately went to #1 on the RandB charts, and ended up becoming a Top Ten on the Billboard charts twice -- once for its original release, and again in 1986 when it was used as the theme song for a movie of the same name. This song has been deemed "culturally and historically significant" and it has remained one of the most beloved songs in history for decades, so you can't go wrong having this one in your gig books! This Cellobat arrangement for string quartet maintains the fun groove, catchy melody, and joyful feel of the original, while adding in a number of beautiful harmonic and countermelodic layers that put this chart above and beyond the rest! Rated intermediate -- there are some fun syncopated rhythms throughout, but none of the parts go above 2nd position, and this will be playable for students and easily sightreadable for professionals. Click "Watch" near the item details at the top of the page for full video of "Stand By Me." Crowd pleasing guaranteed. "This I Promise You" is one of *NSYNC's most iconic love songs and a ubiquitous pop hit of the early 2000's. Originally written by Richard Marx, this song lasted 13 weeks at number 1 on the Billboard Adult Contemporary chart after its release, so any child of the 90's probably knows this one by heart! I had the honor of performing this song with Richard Marx himself as part of the quartet-in-residence for his 3-week residency "Satisfied: Only The Hits" at the Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas, so I'm super excited to bring you my own version!

This arrangement for string quartet will be perfect for pop concerts, solo & ensemble concerts, weddings, receptions, and any other occasion that needs some boy band throwback nostalgia - you're sure to get everyone singing along! Full of catchy melodies, beautiful layered harmonies, and a laid back R&B-style groove, this arrangement is just as much fun to listen to as it is to play. Rated intermediate - there is nothing very difficult in any of the parts and this chart will be easily sightreadable for professionals, but students might need a minute to look at the syncopated rhythms in the violin parts.

Why choose Cellobat Charts arrangements? "I Don't Want To Miss A Thing" was recorded by Aerosmith for the smash hit 1998 film Armageddon, and it immediately became a huge success. The soulful power ballad debuted at #1 on the Billboard charts, where it remained for 4 weeks, and it remains the band's biggest hit to this day; and of course it's still a very popular request for slow dances and weddings. As the cellist for Aerosmith's Las Vegas residency show, I've performed this song with the band over 40 times, so this one has a special place in my heart! This arrangement for string quartet maintains the beautiful harmonic layers, soaring melodies and countermelodies, driving beat, and dynamic passion of the original, for a chart that your audience will love listening to as much as you love playing it! Originally commissioned for a wedding ceremony, this will also beperfect for receptions, proposals, pop concerts, or any other occasion that you need to pull on your audience's heartstrings. Rated advanced intermediate, mainly for a number of tricky rhythms and a few high notes in the violin parts.

Sarah "Cellobat" Chaffee earned her bachelor's degree in cello performance from the Cleveland Institute of Music and is now based in Las Vegas. "Feels Like Home" was originally penned for a musical by Oscar-winning film score composer Randy Newman; it has since been covered as a stand-alone song by a number of different artists. The most successful version of the song by far was this one, sung by Chantal Kreviazuk and featured in the TV show Dawson's Creek and the movie How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days. This version for string quartet is a beautiful rendition with lots of feeling, featuring soaring melodies, gorgeous layers of harmony, and the ever-present piano rhythms guiding the song along in the V2 and viola parts. This arrangement was commissioned for a wedding, and it's definitely the perfect love ballad for not only ceremonies but cocktail hour, receptions, private events, solo and ensemble contests, or any other occasion that needs a midtempo sentimental groove. Rated intermediate - playable for students and easily sightreadable for professionals.
