?Pop!? was written in early 2016 for the ?Klarinet Kerfuffle,? a day of workshops and recitals for clarinetists of all ages in Saskatchewan. It is a short romp with the folk tune, ?Pop Goes the Weasel.? This piece was meant to be performed at the closing concert by the grade 7 and 8 ensemble, but it proved too difficult for the short time they had to prepare.
