Arranged from the original solo piano version (also available in Sheet Music Plus, and on Richard Fountain's debut CD, American Ivory), Guide to Holiday Shopping is joyous Christmas rondo for the advanced wind quintet. All players get to dabble in the foreground music. Listen for the clarinet's "hallelujahs" at Rehearsal G. This is music to help us balance the stresses of the holidays with the purpose and mission of our shopping, and to remind us of the reason for the season. Completely appropriate for inclusion on any social event during November and December.

This arrangement of Sam Smith's song "Writing's On the Wall", the theme song from the James Bond film SPECTRE, is for standard Wind Quintet, with Flute, Oboe, Clarinet in Bb, French Horn, and Bassoon. I've tried to write this arrangement so that all the players do get rests throughout, to save tired lips!

Fifteen Hungarian Peasant Songs, Sz. 71, BB 79 is a collection of short folk melodies arranged for piano by Hungarian composer Béla Bartók. It was composed between 1914 and 1918. In 1933, Bartók adapted and orchestrated parts of the piece as Hungarian Peasant Songs, Sz. 100, BB 107, commonly known by its Hungarian name, Magyar parasztdalok([ˈmɒɟɒr ˈpɒrɒstˌdɒlok]).
My arrangement for standard wind quintet is based on the piano music.
