An arrangement of the song Husavik from the movie Eurovision Song Contest: The Story of Fire Saga. Arranged for male choir (TTBB) a capella. The melody alternates between bass 1 and tenor 1.

Please note that the Icelandic parts of the song are pronounced in correct Icelandic in the demo (see YouTube video), not as the singer in the "Story of Fire Saga" recording pronounces the Icelandic. Also note that the demo is a recording of the "TTBB and piano" version of the arrangement, which is very similar to the a capella version in terms of the vocal parts. A major difference is that the intro is sung in the a capella arrangement.

An a capella arrangement of the well-known hymn Amazing Grace with the original words by John Newton. The soprano sings the melody throughout with the other voices mostly following in the same rhythm, although there is some independence in the non-melody voices, most notably in the bass.

Very little is known about Pierre Mellarde, even an internet search comes up with virtually nothing, only that the name is probably the Nom-de-Plume of a Mr.R.Price!

The original music was written for Cello & Piano, which I assume is the Solitude A Deux in the title. However, it works beautifully as a Basset Horn solo, subtly accompanied by the Clarinet Quartet, so somewhat like solitude a cinq!!
