These two different sections compliment one another, adding variety and excitement as they repeat themselves half way through so that both melodies get plenty of work-out! The piece would very much suit young players, although amateurs and professionals alike can enjoy it.

This soon leads into a lively folk-like Moderato Dance section with a great catchy tune and punchy rhythms. These two different sections compliment one another, adding variety and excitement as they repeat themselves half way through so that both melodies get plenty of work-out! The piece would very much suit young players, although amateurs and professionals alike can enjoy it.

Written in the style of nocturne, it is one of the most famous songs in Debussy's work. And further, an opening section as fade-in effect and an ending section extending the aftertaste time are added. All of them are used for creating new attractive of this song. There are many weak sounds throughout this song, but each phrase requires a rich expression centered on romanticism. It was adapted from the middle section of the second movement of an earlier work, The Thresher, Sonata For Strings, which has never yet been played. I had always felt that this Larghetto section of music was extra special somehow, needing to escape as a little piece in its own right. Writing it for Julia Kiefner gave me the special opportunity to achieve this. It is slow, beautiful and deeply passionate.There are three arrangements available;No.1 – School – for Solo Violin, Violins 1, 2 and 3, Cellos 1 and 2No.2 – Standard – for Solo Violin, Violins 1 and 2, Viola, Cello and Double BassNo.3 – For violin and piano.
