RUSTLE OF SPRING (Fr�lingsrauchen Op. 32 No.3) by CHRISTIAN SINDING - PIANO SOLO. Christian Sinding?s most well known work, Rustle of Spring is a solo piano piece written in 1896. It is written in Salon style as a piece meant for entertainment. It was very popular in the United States. Bearing the expression marking agitato, much of the piece is played with a rapid arpeggio in the right hand part, while the left hand carries the melody. The work's title indicates that its sense of constant motion is symbolic of the excited restlessness of springtime. The score has some technically challenging sections, but is, for the most part, easier to play than it sounds, with most of the rapidity made up of simply arpeggiated passages.

There Is A Wideness In God's Mercy is for Piano. Fun little setting of a old hymn tune with tons of gospel energy. Piece includes a distinct and unique introductions, verses of hymn tune and vamp before concluding. 2 page arrangement is challenging but not overly so, and well worth the effort to learn. Similar to hymn writing by the greats, Mark Hayes, Bill Wolaver, Mary McDonald, John Carter, Llyod Larson, and Larry Shackley in todays church pianist marketplace.

Here's how to play the "Lacrimosa" from Mozart's Requiem in D minor (K. 626) on piano!

With this piano sheet music, you can play an accurate piano arrangement of Mozart's beautiful "Lacrimosa".
It's a piano version which is not too hard to play, and it sounds fantastic.

The Requiem in D minor is the final composition by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (1756?1791).
Since he passed away while he was working on it, he left in unfinished - in fact, only the first 8 measures of the "Lacrimosa" are his original composition.

The Requiem was finished in the following months by Austrian composer Franz Xaver S�ssmayr, whose version is most commonly used today.

As the first lines of the Lacrimosa reveal, it's a rather hartbreaking piece:

"Lacrimosa dies illa" translates to "This tearful day".

It's certainly one of Mozart's most beautiful compositions - and it makes for a wonderful piano version.
