"La Paloma" (The Dove) composed in 1860 by Sebastian Iradier a Spanish composer born in 1809 in the Basque region of Spain. This melody which was very popular both in Spain and in the Americas is one of the most popular Habanera's by Iradier and one of the most recorded songs in music history. This arrangement for easy piano, is suitable for classroom study or performance by young pianists in a concert setting or church interlude. Duration two minutes.
